Community Project Co-Ordinator
Home based and group venues in Cardiff, Rhondda and surrounding areas
Part Time Post 15 hrs per week (2/3 days Monday-Friday)
Salary £25,974 Pro Rata Fixed Term July 2024
Main Purpose of Role:
- To co-ordinate support services for those affected by cancer
- To facilitate On-line and face to face Groups
- To assist with the recruitment and supervision of telephone befriending volunteers
- To support with our community based social prescribing project
