We know looking after a loved one with cancer can be difficult, stressful and sometimes isolating. Taking care of your own physical and emotional needs and finding support from others is important too.

We offer:

• Costa & Greggs Vouchers
• Family Events and Groups throughout the year

We want to support your wellbeing by providing opportunities for you to nurture yourself, make memories with loved ones and be part of our Ray of Light Cancer Support Community.

Amser I Mi/Time for me is a project funded by Carers Trust Wales.  We cover Rhondda Cynon Taff, Cardiff and Barry.
