What is Little Steps?

Little Steps is a four week course which enables others with similar experiences to talk about how they are feeling and process their emotions in a safe and supportive environment.

The main focus of this group is to reduce self-sabotaging feelings, conflict, fears and other negative emotions using tried and tested techniques. You will receive a free weekly pack of arts and crafts together with handouts which help to increase self-esteem by developing a healthy self-worth.
This is a rolling course, so please get in touch to find out the next start date.
