Our 6 week course Understanding My Needs will help to restore your own natural balance by stimulating health, happiness and harmony.  Sometimes we need a little something for ourselves but often feel guilty or self-indulgent.  Whilst caring for others it’s all too easy to neglect ourselves but its important to think about you too!
