As you know, a cancer diagnosis can be a tough time for patients, friends, partners and carers which is why support networks like Ray of Light Wales are so important.
Come along and join us, our next Group is Wednesday 2nd February, 2018  We are in the Blue and Green Room at Velindre Cancer Centre, Whitchurch, Cardiff from 7.15pm to 8.45pm and our Singing Group Ray of Light Warblers 7 pm till 8 pm no singing ability required.

We have crafts, a listening ear and plenty of refreshments.

Are you supporting someone with cancer? We are launching our singing group, Ray of Light Warblers on 3rd May 2017 from 7.15 pm to 8 pm in the Multi Faith Room. It doesn’t matter about your singing ability, simply join us and have some fun! No note reading and no auditions, everyone is welcome!

Our Group meets the first Thursday of each month at Maggie’s Cardiff, Velindre Road, Whitchurch, Cardiff CF14 2TL 5pm til 7 pm Are you caring for someone who has cancer?

Our meetings provide the opportunity to share experiences, obtain information and learn from each other in a friendly environment. We often have guest speakers and complementary relaxation therapies, please join us for a tea/coffee and a chat.

The group provides emotional and practical support to carers along with information and signposting to other services that might be of help.
